During your appointment, a member of our staff will provide directions for follow-up care, including instructions on brushing and flossing and information about any subsequent visits. Before you leave, you’ll have a thorough understanding of your ongoing care needs.

When you come to the office for your appointment, always bring your up-to-date insurance card and photo ID, as well as the date of birth, and phone number of each patient who has an appointment that day.
